SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will ship via selected shipping type in CHECKOUT. Free shipping will be shipped via lowest cost carrier. All purchases made from Triton Arms website are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier / shipping type you selected at Checkout. If shipping cannot be provided in accordance to your requested shipping type or are not in accordance with firearms laws/shipping requirements, you will be contacted directly for further instructions. We only ship orders to physical address located within the United States. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. We ship from Arizona. ALL FIREARMS must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer with adult signature required. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
All firearm sales are considered a FINAL SALE. All other unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all returned items. Returns must be approved in advance by requesting from and submitting to Triton Arms a returns and/or repairs form. Please contact us at (928) 257-38325 to request a Return Authorization Form. If a manufacturing defect or workmanship error is present, please contact Triton Arms to discuss having the item repaired or replaced. Repair and/or replacement are subject to the manufacturer’s written warranty and their specific requirements. When you purchase from Triton Arms website you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the Firearm(s) in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. PAYMENTS, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
You are responsible for payment for all orders placed through Triton Arms website. DO NOT place an order if you are not sure you want it. Full payment is required on all orders prior to shipping. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders with complete payment due prior to shipping. If we do not receive a payment / guaranteed funds within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be considered cancelled.
