All purchases made from Trtion Arms website are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier / shipping type you selected. We only ship orders to physical address located within the United States. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. We ship from Arizona and shipments inside of Arizona will be accessed sales tax. ALL FIREARMS must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer with adult signature required. It is your responsibility to select, notify and provide us with your FFL dealer's shipping and transfer information. All firearm sales are considered a FINAL SALE. All other unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all returned items. If a manufacturing defect or workmanship error is present, please contact Triton Arms to discuss having the item repaired or replaced. You are responsible for payment for all orders placed through Triton Arms website. DO NOT place an order if you are not sure you want it. Full payment is required on all orders prior to shipping. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders with complete payment due prior to shipping. If we do not receive a payment / guaranteed funds within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be considered cancelled.
