1930s, The National Firearms Act (NFA) regulates specific firearms and
accessories, including class 3 firearms like suppressors, short-barreled rifles
(SBRs), and machine guns. An NFA transfer
legally allows you to transfer ownership of an NFA-regulated item from one
entity or individual to another. Approval from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is required before the transfer can be
finalized. At Triton Arms, we provide expert guidance, ensuring regulatory
compliance and a seamless transaction. Class 3 firearms include the following
categories Silencers (Suppressors): These
are the devices designed to reduce
firearm discharge noise. Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs): In this category, there
are rifles with barrels shorter than 16 inches or an overall length under 26
inches. Machine Guns: Firearms
that can fire multiple rounds with a single trigger pull falls in this category. Steps for NFA Transfers 1.
